For the most part, Woody Allen is a pretty meek guy. He doesn't flash his money, get busted for D.U.I., or drop any offensive racial slurs to make himself public enemy #1. However, the man was involved in a scandal about 20 years ago involving his then-girlfriend, actress Mia Farrow, and her adopted child, Soon-Yi Previn.
It turns out that Allen and Soon-Yi had developed a relationship while he was still dating Farrow. The two eventually got married, leaving Farrow alone with their biological son, Ronan Farrow. Apparently, father and son don't even speak anymore.
Now that we got that exposition out of the way, check out the tweet that Ronan sent out on Father's Day:
"Happy father's day -- or as they call it in my family, happy brother-in-law's day."
And, in what is the best response to a tweet that we have ever seen, Mia Farrow simply re-tweeted, "Boom."
Needless to say, there was probably no kite flying or BBQing at the Allen residence yesterday.
