Pamela McCarthy, a 35-year-old woman from Munnsville, N.Y., died on Tuesday after going into cardiac arrest.
Why did she go into cardiac arrest? Because she was tasered by police officers. Why was she tasered? Because she was running naked through the streets and tried to bite one of the policemen. Why was she running naked through the streets? Because her boyfriend stopped her from choking and hitting her 3-year-old son. Why was she beating her son (and running naked, and biting cops)? Because she was smoking bath salts.
In light of this recent spate of bath salt news, we will take this time to reiterate that you should not, under any circumstances, smoke bath salts. Ever. They are bad, you will go crazy, and probably die. That is all.
