What Did This Arizona Mother Do To Get Arrested?

So irresponsible.

None

19-year-old Catalina Clouser was arrested early yesterday for getting so high that she drove off with her five-week old son in his child safety seat on the roof of her car. The child fell off of the roof in the middle of a Phoenix intersection, but was found unharmed because he was strapped in. Apparently, she was so baked that she didn't even realize that her son was missing until she got home.

Clouser and her boyfriend were getting high in a park late Friday night, then left with the child to buy beer. He was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence with the baby in the car. Clouser admitted to being so upset, that she went to a friend's house and smoked "one to two additional bowls of marijuana."

Soon after midnight, Clouser began the doomed journey. She was charged with child abuse and aggravated assault, and the baby was taken to a local hospital. Understandably, the child was placed in the state's care.
