Yesterday morning, Rodney King, 47, was found dead at the bottom of a swimming pool in Rialto, Calif. King's fiancée, Cynthia Kelley, who was on the jury in King's civil suit against Los Angeles in 1994, says that King had been drinking all day.
King had long suffered from alcoholism; it ran in his family. He had been in and out of rehab multiple times.
