Fully Nude? Yes

Half-a-mile long and resting on the shore of the Pacific Ocean, Baker Beach is part of the Presidio, a fortified military base from Spain's founding of San Francisco back in 1812. Its north beach hosted the first Burning Man festivals, but it's best known for its clothing-optional policy. Just remember to keep your nude sunbathing in that area of the beach, because it's the only section where it's allowed.
