A 23-year-old father in Texas has not been charged after beating the man he caught molesting his 4-year-old daughter to death. There was no weapon—he killed the 47-year-old attacker with his bare hands. Worse, the dead man and the girl's father were acquaintances.
The incident took place in a barn about 130 miles west of Houston, where the girl's brother told their father that she had been taken by a man. He eventually discovered the older man and and his daughter, partially naked, and snapped.
An investigation is pending, and an autopsy was completed yesterday. The father has not been charged or arrested.
