Brandishing a toy gun, a 9-year-old Swedish boy stole a car and took it for a brief joyride through downtown Sweden. "It's loaded," he told witnesses before peeling off in one of the most hilariously reckless crimes of the week. Ah, youthful exuberance.
Unfortunately, the kid picked the wrong car to steal, as the electric vehicle doesn't travel above 18 miles-per-hour. This allowed a witness to simply walk up to the vehicle and restrain the boy until police arrived. He won't face any charges because he's only nine, but hopefully this will incident will calm his need for speed. For now, at least.
