For reasons beyond us all, a 20-year-old man from Fremont, Calif., cut off his own penis using an X-Acto knife yesterday. Police say that the man was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, which means that bath salts can be ruled out as a possible inspiration for this grisly act. Still, the man, whose name is being withheld, will be subject to a much-needed psychological evaluation.
Lucky for this gentleman (and his future), police have found the severed organ and doctors are working diligently to attach to his body.
