Lindsay Lohan reportedly lied to the police after her car accident last Friday.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Lindsay originally said she was in the passenger seat of the car, but that she wasn't. She was driving. How do they know? Her assistant told them so. Although, all things considered, she could be lying too.
Lying to police is obviously a crime, and as a result Lindsay could potentially get prosecuted and have her probation in her shoplifting case revoked.
Over the weekend, the driver of the truck that got hit said Lindsay's assistant offered him a bribe in exchange for keeping quiet about the accident.
