Deadline is reporting that Jonah Hill will be joining the cast of Quentin Tarantino's Django Unchained, which is apparently still filming despite having a release date that is only six months away. As you may remember, Hill was originally offered a role in the movie, but had to decline after his schedule wouldn't allow him to take the part. Now, his schedule has cleared up, allowing him to join the cast.
Before he declined the role earlier last year, he was going to play Scotty, the kid who loses Django’s slave wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington) to Calvin Candie, played by Leonardo DiCaprio. But now it's being reported that the role Hill just took is a completely different one.
Django Unchained will be released on Christmas Day.
