Whatever you feel, let it out, for the Little Caesar's "Pizza, Pizza" mascot is coming back to us. The chain will launch its first new national TV ad campaign in 15 years this week, featuring the sandal-wearing, pizza-chomping cartoon, limited vocabularly unchanged.
