Nintendo doesn't fail often, but when they do, they fail hard. Like in the case of the Virtual Boy, the worst idea for a game console ever.

The red plastic monstrosity wrapped around your face like something from a Ridley Scott movie, and the graphics were so bad only a cartoon character would think they were in some virtual reality world.

But it's still fun to revisit these things, especially if you can get them working on modern technology—like, say, a 3DTV with a Wii Remote connected to a laptop.

We have no idea what this guy is saying during the video, so if anyone out there speaks Swedish Chef, please enlighten us.

Did you ever puts around the the Virtual Boy? Did it impregnate you and make a little Game Boy burst out of your chest? Tell us in the comments or on Twitter.
