Giancarlo Esposito, the actor best known for playing Buggin Out in Spike Lee's Do the Right Thing, became another statistic recently, after falling victim to the NYPD's super-popular Stop-and-Frisk program. Esposito was coming out of a rehearsal for a new play he's involved in when New York's finest drew guns on the 54-year-old.

One of the cops eventually realized who Esposito is, and the stopping and frisking ended.
