Remember when we told you about how there's going to be a new Gears of Warat E3? We thought we were going to have to wait 'til Monday to get the details, but information is already starting to come to light.

Game Informer released the unedited version of their July issue cover, which revealed the game in the first place, giving a name to the game and revealing some key intel.

Gears of War: Judgment looks like it will focus on Gears series vets Augustus "the Cole Train" Cole and Damon Baird (who was the faceless figure in Thursday's blacked-out cover.) Based on their less-grizzled appearance, I'm doubling-down on the theory that the game will be a prequel.

Based on GI's teaser, it sounds like there will be, at the very least, a trailer and details on Judgment's multiplayer modes at E3 next week. Complex will be liveblogging Microsoft's E3 press conference on Monday, where I'm guessing we'll get more info and our first taste of Gears of War: Judgment. Check back with Complex on Monday, June 4th, at 9am Pacifc to get play-by-play E3 coverage.
