72-year-old Daniel Collins of Teaneck, N.J., was arrested after reportedly pulling a gun on his neighbor for farting in front of his door. Collins and the 47-year-old man had been beefing over "noise complaints" for a while, but the spiteful flatulence was the straw that broke the camel's back, prompting Collins to threaten him with his weapon.
Though Collins denied it, a .32-caliber Taurus revolver was found under the front passenger seat of his vehicle. He was charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and making terrorist threats.
Jail won't smell much better.
