According to a British cosmetician, users who spend too much time staring down at smartphone screens are prone to “smartphone face.” It’s a “drooping” of the jawline caused by the shortening of neck muscles and increased gravitational pull of the jowl area.

Of course, this is only one doc’s diagnosis, but if you think it’s legit, you can always improve your looks with a facelift, so you look oh so good on that FaceTime screen.
