After a shake-up that left the entire kitchen staff on the curb, Isa, the delicious avant-garde Williamsburg restaurant, is back. They opened last night with an all-new (but still handwritten) menu: check it out below. For a food experience that demands a high level of openness in the customer, Isa can't be beat. Admittedly, the born-again menu was a bit simpler than what we're used to seeing from them, it's glad to have Isa back.
