With just about a month to go until The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters, Warner Brothers is ramping up its marketing strategy to make sure that the final installment in Christopher Nolan's trilogy is one of the biggest movies of the decade. And in this latest TV spot for the film, the studio shows off the action/adventure side of the flick.
Featuring plenty of flying fists and explosions, this spot shows that this won't just be the deepest comic film of the summer, but it might also be the most violent. And nothing exemplifies that more than the brief shots of Batman and Bane throwing down towards the end. This is a fight that comic fans have been waiting decades to see on the screen, and it looks like this movie will deliver it.
The Dark Knight Rises will open on July 20.
