52-year-old Ray Allen Brown has been charged with second-degree murder after using his prosthetic arm and a rock to beat another man to death. According to a police affidavit, Brown hit 52-year-old Robert Brindley with his prosthetic arm, then smashed Brindley’s head in with a rock.
Brown was held on $10,000 until today, but what the fuck would make him resort to that?
