Bill Wisth of Mequon, Wis., is charging a local restaurant with false advertising after being told he ate too much at an all-you-can-eat fish fry. Wisth was about to crush his thirteenth piece of fish when Chuck’s Place shut him down because there wasn’t enough food for other customers.

Nothing comes between a man and his food, so an angry Wisth refused to pay his tab until he got what he wanted. The restaurant claims that Wisth’s appetite has caused issues before, so they offered eight pieces of chicken if he agreed to pay his bill. That’s a hell of a deal.

Unsatisfied, Wisth called the cops, and then returned to the restaurant to protest. Chuck’s Place returned the favor, calling the police, who warned Wisth that he was violating protest guidelines. Undaunted and hungry, Wisth promised to come back every Sunday until the restaurant acknowledges their “mistake.”

This dude weighs 350 pounds; the restaurant probably added an extra year to his life. Also, who turns down an eight piece?
