TwitchTV, the site that brings live, streaming video game videos to 16 million unique visitors a month, has won the people's voice Webby Award in the category of games-related sites.

Twitch, a spin-off of Justin.TV, beat out Gamespot, EA and G4's Comic-Con site to win the award.

TwitchTVreports 13 percent growth per month since the site was introduced less than a year ago, making them "the largest live video game streaming site" around, according to a press release sent out today."

The site hosts live events and videos featuring amateur and professional gamers, tournaments and more. If you haven't checked them out it's worth surfing around.
