Fanboys and sneakerheads were given equal reason to celebrate last week when Converse launched its latest collaboration with DC Comics: a series of design-your-own kicks featuring several of Batman's most famous faces reimagined in cool custom patterns and embroidered ankle patches. The two companies also merged not long before that on two pairs of dope Lichtenstein-esque Chucks featuring Wonder Woman and Killer Croc, further hooking up those who like to sport comics in addition to reading them.
