Demi Monde will open in New York tomorrow, but the cocktail list has leaked a day in advance. So, in addition to small plates and a chef’s tasting menu, there’s a nice list of drink selections that you can get you wasted for the remainder of the spring. How could you not love a drink called Check Your Head? The concoction is a combination of bourbon, curacao, lemon, peach and mint that sounds like it could leave you laid out if you drink enough.
There are also some interesting “House Sodas,” including Celery Soda, a simple mix of gin and vodka. It’s pretty basic, but there’s no way it could fail you. Now that you’ve seen what they have to offer, swing by tomorrow to actually try one.
