Rayman: Origins was something of a sleeper hit last year, so we're glad that the 3DS is finally receiving its version.

The platformer looks gorgeous and plays even better, and the 3D on Nintendo's handheld will no doubt help it pop. Unfortunately, the 3DS's Rayman: Origins won't have multiplayer, unlike other versions of the game (although there's no multiplayer on PS Vita either).

But it will be nice to be able to see your progress through a level on the system's lower screen—those levels are looong, after all.

Have you somehow held out for the 3DS version? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter.
