In this shocking video, a well-dressed man is seen yanking a a cup of scalding-hot coffee from a West Philadelphia donut shop employee's hands and tossing it at her. Philadelphia police have allegedly identified the man as David Timbers, and a security camera caught the footage of the assault, which was over just $2.40.

After claiming that he already paid for a sandwich he ordered at Fresh Donuts, the man identified as Timbers launched a profanity-laden tirade, then doused 27-year-old Sok Caea with hot coffee. Caea suffered severe burns to her arm, but was back at work on Thursday.

Worse, police analyzed the video and determined that dude actually didn't pay before leaving. It's never that serious.
