Facebook has proven to be the great connector of our generation. And while being kept abreast of what our friends are up to and staying connected to people we forgot existed is great, SmartMoney.com's Quentin Fottrell wonders whether Facebook's connectivity can have negative impacts on people in marriages.

That's not hard to believe. Facebook has given people unprecedented access to others, allowing them to quickly build relationships in the privacy of their laptops or smartphones. Combine that with some good ol' late-night thirst and you have everything you need for the start of an affair.
