We'd hoped this might be the case after Girls series star and creator Lena Dunham instagramed a photo of him clearly hanging out on set: According to new set pictures published by the New York Post, Donald Glover is set to make an appearance in season two of the new HBO series. No word on who his character is, or even how significant his role is, but considering that it's Glover, it's likely to be great.

Glover's casting comes soon after Girls was slammed for what critics call a "lack of diversity" in the cast, something that Dunham responded to on NPR's Fresh Air recently. "I’m really excited to introduce new characters into the world of the show. Some of them are great actors of color ... something I really wanted to avoid was tokenism in casting."
