With news about the sequel to this month's epic superhero film, The Avengers, already rolling in, Martha Stewart has apparently been inspired to suggest her own idea: Her, starring as The Hulk's girlfriend.
This is what she said, anyway, when caught up with Vulture yesterday at the Fragrance Foundation's 40th Anniversary FiFi Awards. After being asked if she had any more acting gigs "up her sleeve" - Stewart has recently been seen in 2 Broke Girls, and Law & Order: SVU - she initially replied "No, not right now," before turning back and adding, "Wait, I do want to be in the next Avengers movie. I want to play The Hulk’s girlfriend."
