Excited for tonight's Call of Duty: Black Ops II reveal? In the meantime you can check out the UK, Australian, or Canadian version of the Call of Duty website, which has launched it's Black Ops II makeover a day early.
Information on the site confirms both that the rumored box art from last week and the November 13th release date are the genuine article. As other teasers have indicated, Black Ops 2 ditches the cold war setting for a "near future" scenario.
Though the site has pages and even spaces for images and videos, everything is hidden behind an image of static and the words "coming soon". However, a tipster sent Joystiq a few images from the site's back end, which show just how far into the future the game is going.
The main focus of the page, at the moment, is the upcoming world reveal trailer, which will air tonight. The page gives you a little taste of what's to come - a thumbnail from the video shows a building exploding in what looks an awful lot like Los Angeles.
Of course, all this is going to do is whet your appetite for the first trailer, which airs tonight during the NBA Playoffs.
