Lindsay Lohan is being harangued for roughly $40,000 (the exact number is $41,031) in unpaid bills that she rang up at Tanning Vegas, in Nevada, between 2007 and 2009. Nine months ago, a judge in Nevada ordered Lindsay to fork over the cash, but she hasn't done so yet. Now, according to TMZ, the company is trying to get the case moved to California, so her assets can be used to satisfy the judgment.
