Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Solange were all spotted at the glorious sweatbox that is the Grits & Biscuits party at Irving Plaza in New York last night. Many are doubting whether or not the trio were actually in attendance due to the absence of pictures, but writerJozen Cummings witnessed and confirmed:
Confirmed: Jay-Z and Beyonce were at #GritsAndBiscuits, saw it with my own eyes...congratulations y'all
Cummings also provided the most logical reason for why nobody was able to capture this golden moment:
It's simple: Folks didn't take pics cause it super hard to take pics while touching toes or getting backed up on. #GritsAndBiscuits
There you have it: it's pretty hard to take pictures when you're getting all the way nasty. Like, undergrad nasty. The appearance of hip-hop's first family is monumental for the party, and it's comforting to know that the Carter's (and a Knowles) aren't above a Southern fried good time.
