So it turns out that old Kinect announcement video from a couple years ago of a kid scanning in his skateboard and then riding it like a part of the game may actually, sort of, a little bit, possibly be real.
The just-announced NBA Baller Jam claims to "put a real basketball in your hands" to help you "master mad ball handling skills while playing to the beat of an eclectic soundtrack". A soundtrack that, by the way, features Common, the narrator of the above teaser video.
Unfortunately, the video is just that—a tease. But Majesco's promised to reveal more at E3 in June, so we'll wait with bated breath until we see the game in action.
