Underage "Hunger Games" Star Uses Fake ID to Buy Alcohol in Los Angeles

Hilarious.

Josh Hutcherson may be an actor, but he's definitely no different than any other 19-year-old. Hutcherson, who plays Peeta Mellark in The Hunger Games, apparently used a fake ID to buy a liquor from Ralph's Grocery store in Sherman Oaks last week. TMZ has a pic of him from the failed incognito mission, walking away with a bottle of $170 Macallan whiskey

It's hilarious to think that nobody recognized him from the film, which grossed over $350 M's in the last month, but that's what the shades, the had and the fake were for. Hey, maybe they weren't Hunger Games fans. Anyway, a spokesman from Ralph's says they will investigate the matter and Hutcherson could (but probably won't) be prosecuted.

This incident, along with Hutcherson's belief that the legal drinking age should be lowered to 18 in the U.S. let us know that the kid likes to sip.
