An Indiana woman was arrested and charged with felony battery last weekend after brutally attacking a woman at a bar. Normally, this wouldn't exactly be headline news, but it becomes slightly more interesting when you take a look at her actual name: Fellony Silas.
That's right. A woman named Fellony got charged with a felony. Shocking stuff.
According to The Huffington Post, Silas allegedly smashed a glass over another woman's head at an Indiana bar, leaving her with numerous cuts and bruises. She apparently felt provoked after the woman bumped into her on the dance floor.
OK, we gotta ask, who seriously names their kid "Fellony"? What expectations did they have for their child when they settled on that decision? Were they just hoping that one day her name could serve some ironic purpose, as it now does? Questions we need answered.
