2009: O'Leary (Kevin Chapman) in Black Dynamite

Like I'm Gonna Git You Sucka before it, Black Dynamite is a parody of the blaxploitation genre, meaning it simply has to follow a series of familiar story beats. There is the over-arching white villain (and you won't believe who it is this time around) but the boss also always has a couple dirty cops/feds on the payroll. Meet O'Leary, the double-crossing CIA agent who meets the wrong end of Dynamite's gun when his duplicity is discovered. He was only following orders, man.
