Tuesday night found two police officers, Joseph Robinson and Alex Mesa, in a shootout in Harlem. The suspect, Steven Murray, who shot his mother and shot and killed his younger sister, refused to drop his weapon and "kept pointing the gun" at the officers.

He allegedly fired once at the two officers and they responded by unloading 84 rounds back at Murray. He was hit at least 14 times. The NYPD just cannot stay out of the news or avoid bad press these days. More on this case as it unfolds.
