Yesterday, news broke that a woman in Mexico was pregnant with nonuplets - that is, nine babies - after receiving fertility treatments. It's crazy news, and now it seems that it may be so crazy that it's not even true. According to TMZ, the U.S. Spanish-language network, Univision, published a report claiming that one of their reporters spoke to a Mexican doctor who had recently performed an ultrasound on the woman and found that her uterus was "empty."
The doctor also told the reporter that she was unaware of any other ultrasounds that may have been performed, and that the local Health Department is now trying to find out who told the woman - Karla Vanessa Perez - that she was pregnant in the first place.
Guess Octomom doesn't have to move over after all.
