As reported earlier, Lindsay Lohan is back in the news today after a woman accused her of assault at The Standard Hotel. We were already skeptical about this, and now we have confirmation that we were right to be - TMZ is reporting that Lohan probably wasn't even at the hotel during the time of the alleged attack.
Six people working at the hotel - a few who were even there the night in question - all say that they didn't see Lohan at all, or even anybody saying that she was on the premises.
If she had been there that night and involved in an altercation, it's more than likely that at least one person would have heard something about it. Luckily, it looks like Lohan is probably innocent here.
