Never one to let her fans down, Lana Del Rey stopped outside her London hotel this week to chat and take pictures with a few of her adoring admirers. What she chose to step out in, though— a polka dot see through skirt, bare midriff top and slippers— raised a few eyebrows. Are those her pajamas or something? Weird.
