We’ve already told you about D.C.’s carryout culture, so you can imagine the widespread disappointment when District residents found out that the Yum’s on the corner of 14th and Wallace Pl. NW would be closing on May 1. However, there’s a silver lining here, because they’re relocating to 3300 Georgia Ave NW. The bad news is that the space is already inhabited by another favorite carryout—Eddie Leonard.
Even though Yum’s will still be around, this has to be a bittersweet moment.
