The telltale bottle of water proves that not even the mighty Amanda Bynes is above that dreaded, morning after hangover. Bynes was spotted at an L.A. impound lot yesterday following her DUI arrest for allegedly sideswiping a cop car with her black BMW in the wee hours of Friday morning.
With vomit-pink hair, she was still rockin' the same clothes from the night before after spending hours in jail before posting her $5,000 bail. Considering the crisis, those stems do look nice.
