Alabama Circuit Judge John Bush slapped 20-year-old LaMarcus D. Ramsey with three days in the slammer for his sagging pants. Ramsey was in court on Tuesday to enter a plea for a stolen property charge, when Ramsey found Bush in contempt of court for apparently sagging his pants in an offensive manner.
He ordered Bush to buy pants that fit—or a belt—when he gets out of jail.
This follows serious crackdown on the sagging pants phenomenon, as residents in Montgomery County Alabama are eligible for a $150 fine thanks to a recent bill.
Regulation has gone nationwide however, as Green Day front man Billie Joe Armstrong was removed from a Southwest Airlines flgiht from Oakland to Burbank for literally showing his ass. If Green Day isn't safe, no one is.
