Unnervingly reminiscent of nature's fastest beast in both form and stride, Boston Dynamics developed this robot capable of running at speeds up to 18 MPH— not as fast as an actual cheetah, but much faster than earlier predacons robots.
The robot was developed with funding from DARPA, or the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, so expect this speedy killer to be leading the pack in America's super wars of the future.
