One of our favorite smartphones of 2011, theSidekick 4G marked the return of what was the coolest phone on the block before the iPhone came through and crushed the game. However, it seems as though not everyone expressed our excitement as T-Mobile announced that it's discontinuing the Sidekick 4G. Bummer. On the upside, T-Mobile told The Verge that it's not giving up on the Sidekick brand that we will see new models in the future. Long live the Sidekick.
