Ryan Palser, professional game animator and amateur prop-maker, built a replica of a Digger from Gears of War 3. It can't shoot anything, but the more you look at it, the more you think someone might be lying.
If the name Ryan Palser sounds familiar, it's because he built a replica Portal turret last year.
