If day one or exclusive DLC rubs you the wrong way, this one's going to be a double whammy. Capcom has announced that Resident Evil: Operationg Raccoon City players on the Xbox 360 will have exclusive access to the multiplayer "Nemesis Mode." It'll be available alongside the game's launch on March 20 and cost $4.

It's an eight-player spec ops vs. USS battle in which one person is able to control a Nemesis, the hulking T-virus mutation in a trench coat that was introduced back in Resident Evil 3. That should definitely make things interesting.

Before you get too bent out of shape, remember that there will likely be plenty of other modes to keep you entertained. And besides, these days nothing remains exclusive for long, so other systems will likely have the mode within six months.
