"What if Nintendo teamed up with Valve and recreated the famous Mario game with Portal gun mechanics?" is the question this game quite obviously answers. The answer, by the way, is "Your face would explode from awesomeness." It just happened to us. We're bringing our laptops to the hospital so we can keep playing while they put our faces back together.
Alright, so it's not going to change your life, but it is pretty fun to use portals to send goombas flying off the screen. You can download it free for Windows, Mac and Linux right here. They rewrote the game totally from scratch to add the portals, and while that's great, we think their biggest innovation is actually that the screen can move left.
