Thaer Kamal, the man Lindsay Lohan allegedly hit with her car while leaving a club, is demanding a 6 figure payout from the embattled actress. Kamal claims he has video of Lindsay striking him, then getting out of the car and going into the passenger seat so the person riding shotgun could drive instead. According to TMZ, Kamal hasn't presented the purported evidence to police yet, but could do so if she doesn't pay up. His other option is selling the video, which he's reportedly now trying to do.
