We aren't too sure what was on 41-year-old Kevin Brann's mind on the morning of February 24, but it's one he presumably wants to forget. As soon as possible.
After arriving on the scene of a two-car accident, Martin County police officers locked Brann up for suspicion of DUI. To add insult to injury, after soiling himself on the way to jail, Brann dropped a personal item in the back of the patrol car—a butt plug.
