CBS News Covers 9th Wonder's Duke University Course

Big things.

It's always good to see hip-hop icons recognized for doing something positive outside of their trade.

This CBS News segment highlights producer 9th Wonder's role as an education advocate. Along with Professor Mark Anthony Neal, 9th teaches the Sampling Soul course at Duke University. The class offers two perspectives on the role of African-American music in the Civil Rights Movement.

This is big for hip-hop and education.
